Use the ICARUS Guide for explanations of major systems. For login problems, use Forgot password. In Settings you can export your information, delete stored data, or delete your account.

Troubleshooting

Confirm your internet connection and device permissions for camera, barcode and dictation features. When reporting a problem, include the screen name, what you expected, what happened, approximate time, device type and operating system. Never send your password, verification code or payment information.
