ICARUS Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of ICARUS God Tier LIFE OS.

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using ICARUS, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.

Licence and permitted use

ICARUS is licensed for your personal, lawful, non-transferable use. Access does not transfer ownership of the software, artwork, written system, branding or underlying intellectual property.

AI and professional advice

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or outdated. ICARUS provides planning, reflection and informational tools and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, investment or other licensed professional advice.

Subscriptions, trial and renewal

Eligible new members receive 14 days of access without charge. Paid plans begin only when you choose a plan and complete checkout. Web memberships can be managed through Stripe. Where a subscription is purchased through an app store, billing and cancellation are managed through that store.

Account termination

You may delete your data or account through ICARUS Settings. A public deletion-request route is also available from the Stillwater 22 Creative website.
