technical diagnostics such as crash reports, device information, app performance information, and error logs when provided by the app platform or infrastructure services;
support-request information if the user contacts Stillwater 22 Creative for help, privacy questions, or deletion requests.

How information is used

to provide tarot readings, daily card pulls, spread history, card meanings, tarot lessons, journal features, and saved preferences;
to display saved readings, favourites, notes, lesson progress, and app settings when those features are available;

Private journal and reading notes

Journal entries and reading notes may contain personal reflections. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information unless they are comfortable storing that information in the app. If the app stores data locally, deleting the app or clearing app data may remove local entries from the device.
