ChromaticPRO is an AI color psychology, palette strategy, contrast analysis, design education, and UI color system app created by Stillwater 22 Creative. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed, why it may be used, how deletion requests can be made, and what limits apply.

Depending on the features used, the app may process:

images, logos, screenshots, photos, or design files selected or uploaded by the user for color analysis;
text prompts, design descriptions, brand notes, client notes, project names, palette names, saved palettes, color values, contrast test values, and UI color system details entered by the user;
saved preferences, saved projects, palette history, favourites, learning progress, or app settings when those features are available;
camera or image-library access when the user chooses to scan a logo, screenshot, or photo;
technical diagnostics such as crash reports, device information, app performance information, and error logs when provided by the app platform or infrastructure services.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

scan and analyze color palettes from user-provided images or design inputs;
generate color palettes, UI color systems, color psychology summaries, and design recommendations;
analyze contrast, accessibility, readability, and visual hierarchy;
save projects, palettes, preferences, and app settings when the user uses saved-work features;
provide learning content, demo workflows, and professional strategy tools;
troubleshoot errors, maintain security, improve reliability, and support the app.

Images, camera, and file access

If the app requests camera, photo-library, file, or image access, those permissions are used to support color scanning, palette extraction, contrast review, or project analysis selected by the user. Users may control these permissions through device settings.

Users should avoid uploading images that contain private, confidential, client-sensitive, or personally identifying information unless they are comfortable using those images inside the app workflow.

AI-generated content

AI-assisted color analysis, palette suggestions, psychology summaries, and strategy recommendations are generated for creative support. Results may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before using them in professional, commercial, accessibility, or client work.

Data sharing

Stillwater 22 Creative does not sell user data. Information may be handled by service providers or platforms used to operate, host, distribute, secure, analyze, or maintain the app, such as app store services, hosting providers, analytics or crash-reporting services, AI processing infrastructure, and technical service providers.

Data retention

Information stored locally may remain on the user’s device until deleted by the user, cleared through app settings, or removed by uninstalling the app. Information handled by service providers may be retained according to their operational, security, legal, or backup requirements.

Data deletion requests

Users may request deletion of applicable data, contact information, uploaded image analysis data, saved projects, palette records, or support-request information related to ChromaticPRO by emailing stillwater22creative@gmail.com.

In the email, include enough information to identify the data associated with the request, such as the email address or account information used with the app, if applicable. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Children’s privacy

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Stillwater 22 Creative so the issue can be reviewed.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no app, website, device, or online transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
