Privacy Policy for IQ Test Lab

IQ Test Lab is an educational and entertainment app in development by Stillwater 22 Creative. It provides structured IQ-style brain tests, estimated cognitive-performance results, test history, explanations, and a Cognitive Passport. This policy describes the app’s planned data practices and will be updated if features or services change before release.

Information the app may process

Depending on the features used, IQ Test Lab may process:

test selections, answers, response timing, completion status, accuracy, estimated scores, domain results, and explanation history;
Cognitive Passport information, saved results, test history, preferences, and app settings;
support emails or information voluntarily provided when contacting Stillwater 22 Creative;
technical diagnostics such as crash reports, device type, operating-system version, app performance information, and error logs when supplied by the app platform or infrastructure services.

No account required and local storage

IQ Test Lab is being designed so users can begin tests without creating an account. Test history, settings, and Cognitive Passport information may be stored locally on the device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored information.

If a future version introduces accounts, cloud synchronization, advertising, subscriptions, or additional online services, this policy and the app-store disclosures will be updated before those features are used.

How information may be used

Information may be used to administer tests, calculate estimated results, display cognitive-domain profiles, save progress and history, provide explanations, support retakes, maintain app preferences, respond to support requests, troubleshoot errors, protect the app, and improve reliability.

Data sharing and sale

Stillwater 22 Creative does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used to distribute, host, secure, diagnose, or support the app, such as Google Play, hosting providers, email providers, and crash-reporting or technical infrastructure services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data retention and deletion

Information stored locally may remain on the device until the user deletes it, clears the app’s storage, or uninstalls the app. Support communications, diagnostics, or information handled by service providers may be retained as reasonably necessary for operational, support, security, legal, or backup purposes.

Users may request deletion of applicable information controlled by Stillwater 22 Creative by emailing stillwater22creative@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request — IQ Test Lab. Include enough information to identify the relevant support interaction or account, if one exists. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Information stored only on the user’s device must be removed by the user through the app, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app. Stillwater 22 Creative cannot delete information it has never received.

Children’s privacy

IQ Test Lab is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Stillwater 22 Creative, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information controlled by Stillwater 22 Creative. No device, application, storage method, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Important assessment disclaimer

IQ Test Lab provides estimated cognitive-performance results for educational, entertainment, self-reflection, and personal-development purposes. It is not a standardized clinical IQ test and does not provide a psychological, psychiatric, medical, neurological, educational, employment, disability, or diagnostic assessment.

Results may be affected by fatigue, distraction, practice, test conditions, device differences, language, accessibility needs, and familiarity with similar questions. Results must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, educational placement, employment screening, disability evaluation, legal decisions, or other high-stakes purposes.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as IQ Test Lab develops or when features, service providers, legal requirements, or app-store requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
