Delete Your ICARUS Account

This public page explains how an ICARUS user can request deletion of their account and associated data, including after the app has been uninstalled.

Delete from inside ICARUS

Sign in to ICARUS, open Settings & Privacy, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. You may also delete stored ICARUS records separately before deleting the account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email stillwater22creative@gmail.com with the subject ICARUS Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your ICARUS account when possible. Do not send your password or payment information.

What is deleted

Once the request is verified and completed, the ICARUS account and user-associated application records are scheduled for permanent deletion, including Life Audit data, goals and plans, journals and reflections, body/sleep/training/nutrition records, saved AI conversations and other user-created ICARUS records associated with the account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, transaction records, dispute resolution, or temporary backups. Information retained for these purposes is not kept for ordinary product use and is removed according to applicable retention requirements.
