ICARUS God Tier LIFE OS is operated by Stillwater 22 Creative. The official product website is icaruslife.io. This policy explains what ICARUS collects, why it is used, and the controls available to you.

Information you choose to provide

Depending on the features you use, ICARUS may store account information; date of birth and derived zodiac display; Life Audit answers; goals, plans, missions and decisions; journal entries and reflections; relationship, career, money and environment notes; health, body, sleep, training and nutrition information; food photographs, barcode results and meal estimates; and conversations with ICARUS AI.

Some of this information may be sensitive. Do not enter information you do not want processed by the service.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your account, save your work, generate your Life Manual, personalize plans and recommendations, provide AI-assisted features, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

AI, camera and dictation processing

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant prompts and account context may be processed by Base44 and its configured AI service providers to generate a response. Food photographs may be analyzed to estimate ingredients, portions, calories and macronutrients. These estimates can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before saving or acting on them.

Camera and barcode features activate only when you choose them and grant device permission. Voice dictation uses speech-recognition supplied by your browser or device. ICARUS receives the resulting text; the browser or operating-system provider may process the audio under its own terms.

Service providers and disclosure

ICARUS relies on Base44 for application hosting, authentication, database, functions and AI-enabled services. Web memberships are billed through Stripe; Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms, and ICARUS does not store complete card details. Store-distributed mobile builds may use the applicable app-store billing system when purchases are offered there. ICARUS does not sell your personal information or use intimate Life Audit responses for targeted advertising.

Storage, security and retention

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Data remains associated with your account until you delete it, delete your account, or retention is otherwise required for security, legal, backup, or operational purposes.

Your controls and account deletion

ICARUS Settings lets you download a JSON copy of your data, delete stored ICARUS records, or request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. You may also disable AI personalization. If you no longer have the app installed, use the public ICARUS Account Deletion page.

Children

ICARUS is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Do not create an account if you are under 18.

International use and policy changes

Your information may be processed where service providers operate. This policy may be updated as ICARUS changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date.
